A follow up review
This is just a follow up after my review on the 30th of Sept.. I received an immediate call from Monarch right after my online review. There was an assurance to sort out the machine on the appointment date, otherwise sooner if someone will cancel their appointment. As from the instruction, we currently switched to “bypass” whilst waiting & off machine for now. I will post again another review after the engineer’s next work. A 3 star review for now as it was more of a talk rather than a rectification of the main problem.
