Richard came to service our monarch water softener for the first time. We were extremely impressed with his service. Richard rang to enquire whether him arriving early would be problematic, which it wasnt. On arriving promptly he carried out an efficient service ending by giving us a very clear informative breakdown of the work he carried out and provided us with advice on how best to care for our product going foward. I was very impressed by the water softener service that Monarch Water provided recently. From my initial telephone enquiry to the actual service by Richard Lawrence, their professionalism, courtesy and communications were excellent throughout - great customer service and I will definitely use them next time!

I signed up for a salt subscription, which means I get the salt that I know is high quality and specially sourced to work with my water softener. It's now delivered on a regular basis so I don't need to trek out and lug bags home from the garage or garden centre! It saves getting my car all mucky too.

My experience has been very positive with both the aftersales and spare parts (sales) team when I messed up the instal. I highly recommend them

The Engineer arrived on time to correct a fault with my recently installed Monarch water softener. The work was carried out very efficiently and the engineer (Dave) also spent time advising me on how to get the best from the system. He also took the trouble two weeks later to telephone and text me to check that everything was working properly. Excellent and friendly service

Monarch Water Softner HE has been gurgling in the night and adding air into system for some time. At some point even attempting to bounce in cabinet. Not sure why it does that? Not very comforting noise while trying to sleep. Engineer visit is now booked and hopefully stops the noise and air in system.

The quality of these unit are rubbish. The reason they leak is the compression joints are plastic threading. The washer on my unit spilt and therefore I removed the washer and put a new one. But I cannot line up the compression fitting. Each time I line it up it just goes on crossed threaded because it is a very poor quality plastic fitting on the UNIT.
