Signed up to upgrade with O2 keeping my existing number , email and contract received showing a new number ! Rang immediately to be told the phone had already been dispatched to DPD and although I could cancel the order it would take up to 14 days for a refund to be made ! What an absolute joke , I am not even going to physically see the parcel yet I still have to wait 14days for a refund and the contract to be cancelled

After placing an order on Monday where the website said the phone was in stock, I checked my order and delivery time was changed to 1 - 2 weeks. I phone customer service today (Wednesday) and spoke to, I think her name was Maya, and she was so helpful, cheery and polite. She changed my order within a few minutes so I could receive the phone in a different colour by tomorrow! That's what you call customer service, thank you Maya! I hope she receives this feedback. Would have been 5 stars I could have the phone in the colour I originally wanted.

Much like other recent reviews I have been sold a handset as in stock and with a delivery lead time of 2 days, still no phone 8 days later. As soon as the order was completed the phone (pixel 9a) is marked as awaiting stock within my tracking page. The website continues to list the item as in stock and available to this day despite contacting customer service and highlighting this to them 5 days ago.

Placed the order in the evening and my phone arrived the next day. Was kept up to date throughout and the order was tracked when dispatched so I knew exactly when/where it was coming. When it arrived I opened the package to find they’d thrown in a very good quality mag safe case and screen protectors, nice touch. No complains overall, got an amazing offer with super quick delivery, cant fault the experience.

The lady was knowledgeable and very pleasant, and led me through the purchase very well, as I'm an old codger.

I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
