Unfortunately there’s been a hic up on connecting my phone, and this hopefully will soon be resolved. I received the phone and it’s in very good condition, and a very good price

Very poor, disappointed. I was told the phone would be sent on a next day delivery (as I was going on holiday and required a new phone). It took over 1 week to come. Shambles.

My request was handled in a quickest way I experted the least. I was also happy with deal and all the accessories that came with the phone
I’m an older person who thought this would really difficult to sort from one phone to a new one, until my daughter showed me how easy it was. Then I thought even I can do this! It was really easy. Instructions every step of the way. My only thing is I want to change my DD date and can’t seem to find how to do it !

What a shambolic company to order from I took a days holiday waiting for my mobile to arrive which didn't come till the next day so now had to cancel contract as would not redirect to my company where i work as won't be taking another day off very poor company service not putting its client 1st embarrassing wasted my time which won't be compensated for my inconvenience pretty pathetic.

i bought refurbished phone in december and in april it stopped working although it description said good as new. now i send them phone for repiar and they tolfd me its perfectly fine. i opened the phone, it was dead, not fixed at all. and they wasted two week for this. dont buy from these scammers

lack of comunication after the sale was concluded no emails to tell me that the item requested wasnt available i had to chase you on the phone
A simple purchase but I've marked them down a point as their website didn't show they were out of stock until after I had commited. The overall deal was very good, much better than going directly to O2!
