Brought new mobile, did not work on arrival returned back after multiple calls to try to get mobile data working, still not working when received phone back, customer services never called when they said and only kept referring me back to network provider saying there was nothing else they could do, after over 2 months of back and forth, I took phone to my local repair shop and it was fixed in less than 30 mins, new part was needed. terrible service

Was told next day delivery but then had to wait over a week and a half to be told it was coming out for delivery but then this morning I was woken to a text at 0100 from the courier to say they also had a delay so still waiting
