Unfortunately there’s been a hic up on connecting my phone, and this hopefully will soon be resolved. I received the phone and it’s in very good condition, and a very good price

Very poor, disappointed. I was told the phone would be sent on a next day delivery (as I was going on holiday and required a new phone). It took over 1 week to come. Shambles.

My request was handled in a quickest way I experted the least. I was also happy with deal and all the accessories that came with the phone

This is my 3rd phone from mobile phones direct . Never had any problems, always a straightforward process good deals and very quick delivery .

On time excellent
My phone was stolen either by the courier company or by the warehouse mobile phones direct uses. The call centre were extremely unhelpfully. They would not accept the fact that the phone had been stolen saying there was not enough evidence. I have had to go through the network provider, Police and courier company to try and solve this. Now they are all saying it's mobike phones direct who have to refund me. Im still getting zero help from call centre

I called to upgrade and assistant very helpful and knowledgeable. Phone arrived the next day without any issues and at was produced more reasonably than other providers.

Took over 10 days to arrive, when I tracked my order it said the product was out of stock which it didn’t state this when I placed my order. However I did email Asking why this was and had a quick response, my order was then dispatched a few hours later… what a coincidence.
Brilliant service. Phone delivered very quickly and for an ‘as new’ phone this is really impressive. Has a genuine screen, no marks anywhere and even has come with 100 percent battery health. Very honest company, will use for upgrades in the future.
Really disappointed as received a faulty handset.
