Unable to obtain a returns label
Unfortunately it is necessary for me to return an item. I bought the item in March 2025, I have made several telephone calls asking for a returns label & sent several emails to customer services since March. I never receive the returns label which is promised to me. When I call it takes several minutes to get to speak to someone who on all 3 occasions have not initially listened to me, I have been promised a returns label which never arrives. My last contact was by email asking Asda to telephone me which they have not done. I am now seeking advise from my credit card company for a refund. Disappointing.
