Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

Switching to Asda Mobile

I thought the operation of the app regarding number porting could have been better. After entering the PAC the app doesn’t confirm the transaction. Also, after the transfer was confirmed the first message I received told me I had run out of data! I had to call the Help Desk to rectify this. All is good now though.

Discounted SIM only deal

Been with Asda mobile for over 1 month and everything seems to be fine so far. Chose Asda as it was the best option for me for a monthly SIM only deal. Transferring my old number across was easy. However this deal was a specially discounted offer for 1 year and the monthly subscription will increase after the year is up. After that I shall be comparing providers again.
