Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

I am delighted with the Asda mobile phone service so far. Generous allowance of data and calls for a very competitive price. So far, services have been 100% reliable. No problems with using phone in France, covered by my plan!

I arrived from NZ and bought a pay as you go Asda bundle. I couldn’t get it to work on my phone. The support desk were superb. Emma (I think ) guided me through various actions until we found the problem and resolved it. 10/10

If you ever require help from ASDA Mobile, their Customer Services are exceptional: the staff are so friendly, helpful, kind & patient & will work to make sure they resolve your problem. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Yomna & Habiba, & I am so grateful to them for helping me. ASDA Mobile is a great service & I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very straightforward to move to Asda Mobile from my previous provider having changed their SIM card with an Asda Mobile one and following the instructions. Also easy to keep my old mobile number using the PAC code from my previous provider.
