Easy setup value for money
Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

Asda mobile does everything I need but I can't get onto the app or my account as I'm blocked. I contacted Asda helpline who reassured me that they had sorted it but I still can't connect. So frustrating.

After being promised my number would be transferred with8n 24 it took one week to finally get my number across. Each time, especially as I a deaf, I had to answer numerous questions. I could not authorise my partner to answer for me. I must have called about 6 times.the actual contract and reception are brilliant but I would never suggest Asda mobile to anyone as customer service is rubbish
