Frustration

After being promised my number would be transferred with8n 24 it took one week to finally get my number across. Each time, especially as I a deaf, I had to answer numerous questions. I could not authorise my partner to answer for me. I must have called about 6 times.the actual contract and reception are brilliant but I would never suggest Asda mobile to anyone as customer service is rubbish
