Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

Well I seen the deal Asda was offering, 25 GB free txt n calls ,for under £6 a month fer two years, well I was paying £20 a month for less , am 75 years of age, and my I phone tome is what it is a phone to call text , fb messenger and wats app I don’t do or use it as the younger generation does , it’s just a phone for contacting others,

It took so long to try and sort this an numerous emails and phone calls that I still haven't started using it as it has made me unsure about how reliable it is to use 😳

I have ported my phone number and just taken on Asda mobile phone sim only contract and delivery once putting the sim in I am unable to make outgoing phone calls I contacted Asda mobile phone and they are trying to help

Chose Asda pay as you go, to replace a more expensive contract with another phone company. With Asda mobile easy instructions managed to keep original number. Very happy with the whole experience and keep an eye on expenditure.

I was with O2 previously and thought my signal would not be as good but yes it’s very good it was a good choice to move to Asda Mobile

Could not get anyone to help me activate my sim as I couldn’t remember my password. So paid £24 for something I can’t use.
