Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for Β£4 a month pack , one week has cost me Β£14 why?

I recently moved from Tesco mobile to Asda Mobile. Having been with Tesco's for years. The transition was easy and effortless. I'm happy with my connectivity. The only thing that is really frustrating...otherwise I'd have given a 5...the app takes way too long to load. The whirling devise goes on and on. Please fix this and I'll be very happy.

The whole process of Transferring to Asda mobile worked exactly as described in the documentation. I was sceptical with it being a Bank holiday weekend, but I need not have worried as I kept informed throughout the whole process.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Unhelpful in every sense of the word. Worst service I have ever experienced. Would never touch this company with a barge pool again.
