Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

Asda mobile are quick to respond, always patient and polite. I am 84 and sometimes forgetful of important details but I always find that, however slow I am, Asda telephone operators will always get me through to a satisfactory conclusion.

I have just recently joined Asda Mobile and I was impressed by how easy it was to set it up, however I have just recently spoken to Asda Mobile about a Text Message problem which the agent couldn’t sort out, so they said they would pass it on to there Technical Department who would contact me. However I’m still waiting to hear from them . Not impressed

Call handler was knowledgeable and helpful and called back when she said she would. Resolution involved deleting my account and reinstating it, which worked but I was unable to retain my original username and password which I guess is the norm with such things.

I tried several companies before coming to Asda and I'm pleased I did. Which has been with a whole lot less hassle. Especially compared with my last company 1pMobile who took un-authorised payments out of my account a few short days after opening an account with them. I obviously cancelled with them straight away and have never regretted coming to Asda Mobile. Thank you so much for the rescue..!!

The SIM card took ages to arrive, the phone app is terrible it requires you to sign in every time you open it. Clicking on the remember me option does nothing. It was also not explained that a small bill along with a small data allowance would be issued first to allow Asda to bill everyone on the same date. I also initially tried to get the 25GB per month offer but it refused to go through so I ended up with only 6GB. If I had known it was going to do this at the beginning I would have gone with another company.
