Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for Β£4 a month pack , one week has cost me Β£14 why?

I made a mess of getting my pac number etc, the gentleman I spoke to sorted it out for me, despite the fact I couldn't hear him very well he persevered and sorted it all out for me, a good beginning. I was with EE for 11 years, let's hope it's as long as that with Asda.

I never received my SIM card tHrough the post, I decided to visit a local store and purchased another for Β£5.00. I understand that this may be due to a post office error rather than Asda. Asda notified me when the card was dispatched and followed up with e-mails asking why I had not yet activated my card. Due to my phone needs it was easier to go and buy another rather than phone up to complain and ask for a refund.

i totally recommend Asda mobile got through to an advisor by the name of Heidi straight away no hanging on the phone for ages this morning as my recurring top up didn't happen and she dealt with it without any hassle was given extra free text for a week. Thank you
