Highly recommended

Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

Customer service was awful got a new…

Customer service was awful got a new SIM card to join and it locked spent 2 hours on the phone trying to sort it got no where so have cancelled contact and gone with another company

Excellent help given re mobile phone set up and usage.

As an elderly person new to mobile phones I spoke to your 'help team' on my landline. The young lady was so patient and helpful, I didnt understand anything about mobiles and/or the language. This lady had so much patience and was so friendly it helped me to relax. She eventually 'sorted me out'. I am so grareful and now using my mobile phone. Thankyou thankyou thankyou.

Roaming info - Customer service dreadful

Customer service dreadful. When emailing staff contradict information on the website regarding roaming. Keep telling me Gibraltar is not included in their inc. roaming for contract customers, when it clearly states on their website in several places that it is. Can’t even then find how to complain about this service.

Inept hrlpers

Although I have an ASDA card and account, ASDA mobile would not accept my email. I spent 90 minutes online to an expert trying to sort it out and 90 minutes in store with a very helpful person Sally but had to compromise and create a new email address. This worked. You told me to sign on to your website to sort it out but it will not let me even load the address you gave me.
