Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

You failed to sell my wife and me a second SIm card because of totally unworkable ID checks and password confusions. You blocked her out of the Asda website and failed to restore her. You lost the business but I lost hours of my precious time trying to fix it all.

I'm abroad and Roaming not working. ASDA's AI-generated FAQ is useless. Ends up saying 'call the helpdesk' ... which I can't do because, guess what? Roaming isn't working... Rubbish customer service . Thanks for suggesting I return to your horrible AI-generated FAQs page again! NOT helpful...
The fact that I was not allowed to buy 2 sims was annoying and the instructions were a bit poor and I cannot get 5g working at all even though I have an iPhone 15 pro and set the 5g setting correctly!
The phone got answered really quickly and I was able to speak to a human. The guy on the other end, Mohammed, really knew his stuff and pointed me in the right direction. Well done on his customer service. Thank you. Keep up the great work and stay human !
