Inept hrlpers
Although I have an ASDA card and account, ASDA mobile would not accept my email. I spent 90 minutes online to an expert trying to sort it out and 90 minutes in store with a very helpful person Sally but had to compromise and create a new email address. This worked. You told me to sign on to your website to sort it out but it will not let me even load the address you gave me.
