I was bit worried in the beginning as i booked through another agency, but in the end i have had the best experience, and will be recommending to everyone and will be using MintRentals everytime I am back in Auckland. Staff were friendly, service was great, i was able to make amendments over the phone and the vehicle was of top standard too. The shuttle to and from the airport was great, but they gave us a car that had an expired warrant of fitness and the breaks were very squeaky and sounded unsafe. When I told the employee about this nothing was done.

I was very impressed by Mint Rentals. I booked a car online through a site called rentalcars.com. Expecting the typical extra fees for mileage, extra driver, etc., I was very pleased to find that what I was quoted was what I was charged. NO EXTRA FEES! The car was in great working order, the staff was very friendly and they also arranged a free shuttle to the airport for me. I will absolutely go with Mint Rentals the next time I fly into NZ. They are only about 10 minutes from the AKL airport, so virtually hassle free.

Mint rentals are very well located near the airport in Aulkand and give good service. The car I got was kind of run down but still a good and trustworthy car. A good low-medium budget company with very friendly staff and a good airport service. It was a great pleasure renting a car from Mint and I would sure go back next time!

Great to deal with, honest and terrific value!! I had five days in hospital and had to extend the rental period with absolutely no problems from the great staff at Mint rentals. Couldn't be more pleased with the response and the discount given to me!!!
