Though they are used vehicles, but not bad at all. The service was great and I enjoyed my trip with a great value on my rental. Will definitely use them again.

The car was in good condition, the staff was very easy to do business with and friendly, Cost effective and will definantly use the again and recommend them.

Excellent pricing plus full insurance cover is minimal compared to most. Took 20 minutes for pick up so allow a bit extra time if you need to be somewhere. The car we got was in excellent condition but did have a musty/cigarette smell in the upholstery. Top honest people who aren’t out to rip you off! Will definitely use again

Our flight was late and this company tracked our flight to ensure that we would still be able to pick up our rental as they close at 5, but stayed behind to make sure we weren’t stranded. Once we returned the vehicle they drove us straight to the airport without any delay or waiting time. Although the company is located offsite the airport, it wasn’t an inconvenience, wouldn’t choose any other

Rented a car from Mint in May 2019. The woman who helped me along the way was really friendly and understanding. The pickup & dropoff from the airport was seamless and she was extremely communicative and safe. The car pickup process was easy, and they did not push me hard to purchase extras which I really appreciated. The car I received was a little old and beat up - that was fine for me, as it drove well and was reliable - but I know that others may prefer to get a newer/nicer car. (I did pay for the cheapest car type though, so perhaps if you choose a better car grade you'll get something a little newer.) I also lost something in the car and had to come back to pick it up about 45 minutes later. They kept my item safe which was really nice. I'd definitely rent from them again next time I'm in NZ.

I regularly travel to New Zealand and have used a wide variety of rental car services. Mint has shown itself to be the best I have used to date and am happy to leave a review for them. The vehicle they gave me was of better quality and at a cheaper price than I have found elsewhere. In addition their services were personalised and I found them very good to deal with-open and transparent in their dealings. I was particularly impressed at the lower cost and transparency of their insurance options and petrol fill policy up on return.

Cheap rent, great service with a smile. Despite the car was old, with high millage compared with what I'm used to rent abroad, it ran pretty well on long road trips and fuel burnt really good. That means they maintained well this car. The car was clean but the seats had multiple stains, that means if you or your pax are careless that won't be much of a problem like it would be with a brand new rental car :D
