Very friendly and went above and beyond to help. We were running a bit late for the return and the guy in the office waited then dropped us off at the airport on his way home to save us the charge of the out of hours service. This was soooooooo appreciated! Thanks.

The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. However, a few of them might need to improve their confidence. Also, I suggest any verbal agreements should be emailed to the customer so that, both parties are on the same page.
