Mint rental staff are excellent. They went out of their way to help me. I was disappointed with snap rentals. Irang mint rental and within no time they came to pick me up and took me to the office and sorted out everything within no time. Plus no hidden cost like snap rentals. This company is great. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy pick up from the airport and drop off back there after our holiday. Car was clean, comfortable, economical and never missed a beat. Super cheap deal even with full insurance and GPS added in. I’ve already recommended MINT to friends who are travelling soon.

Pick up and drop off process were both very easy. The car was fuel efficient and a reasonable price for a one week rental.

I reviewed many other car hire companies and this one was the best. Booking was easy and their low rates covered everything (many others look cheap but there are lots of additional costs). We had to alter the booking twice (no trouble in doing this) because of airline changes. Good service and good car. Highly recommended.

Value for money is insane. Don't book expecting brand new cars. The cars are older (ours was 8 years old), have scratches and done a lot of Km's but it was reliable and comfortable enough. We had a Rav4 for 2 weeks and drove everywhere and no problems whatsoever. The 2 week cost was the equivalent of 2-3 days with the major rental places. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent! Car condition is good enough although it is a old car without Bluetooth. Moreover, we leave a parcel in the car, they can help kindly us to carry on to post office, we are much appropriate of it.

Great, quick easy service. Cars are well maintained.not the most modern, but this is reflected in the pricing. Would recommend. Have used as a second car for times that we need it without the running costs of a second car.

Great Van and good on gas!!!! Great customer service. Pickup after hours was awesome and drop off was painless the shuffle drop off just dropped us off quick so we could catch our flight!!!!!!

Normally awesome but this last time had trouble starting vehicle..

Everything was just so easy with Mint rentals! We booked last minute due to a funeral so we’re worried we’d have to pay exuberant prices etc, but then we discovered mint rentals and we were treated fantastically! We ended up extending the rental car which we did all over the phone and was sorted within 2 minutes :) airport pick up and drop off too as well as pick up from our motel was just the cherry on top! Thank you all so much and we will be sure to use your service again next time we come back to NZ :)
