Absolutely shocking service and would advise anyone to stay clear of this firm, had no correspondence unless I chased them, lost signed documents and informing me that a loss of earnings would now not be taken into consideration after receiving all information regarding this nearly 3 years ago.

I’ve had an ongoing claim since 2022. The amount has been agreed several months ago which is nowhere what I thought I’d get for all the pain I’ve suffered. I speak to some one different each week and I’m told a few more weeks each time I ring. I never speak to the same person. Spoke to a supervisor 3 weeks ago who told me they would pay me out in 7-10 days. Today I’ve been told another few weeks. 😡 I would avoid using this company at all costs as totally inefficient. They don’t reply to any emails I’ve sent. I would not rate this company at all.

If I could have given it a zero star rating I would have! Four years I have had an ongoing claim for a car accident which the driver admitted he was at fault. I have had a number of people take over my case and im waiting months before I receive a reply. I receive more emails from the complaint department with their empty apologies rather than the actual people dealing with my claim. I would AVOID this company at all cost

Being involved in a car accident isn't the nicest of things to happen but Minster Law made it that bit easier. I had Vicci Plows assigned to my case who made the process quite easy. After a non fault motorbike accident a year ago my insurance company assigned Minster Law as my solicitors dealing with my claim. For the first 8 months of my claim I had serious concerns as my case handler was neglectful, rude, communication was practically non existent and I felt unseen and that progress would never be made. Can't believe there's people who've had a positive experience of this company, the level of service I've received since my Crash in October 2022 has been absolutely atrocious. After enough hassle to write a book about, I'm at settlement stage and they can't even confirm they've received documents off me, continuously jumping through further hoops because of their incompetence and the first set of settlement figures being sent to me wrong. I am going to have a breakdown if I have to deal with this company any more.
