What a positive change!
After a non fault motorbike accident a year ago my insurance company assigned Minster Law as my solicitors dealing with my claim. For the first 8 months of my claim I had serious concerns as my case handler was neglectful, rude, communication was practically non existent and I felt unseen and that progress would never be made. A few months ago, along comes Jake. Well what can I say! Since he took over my case he has been brilliant, forthcoming with information and updates and it feels like he has really listened to me. Although my claim is essentially a long while off settling my faith in Minster Law has been restored. Thank you!
