The response to my claim was immediate and action was taken very quickly. Communication was very good. I received regular informative phone calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner. All spoken communication was polite and explained in an understandable way. Sarah was patient and knowledgeable. The outcome of the claim was very positive.

After my accident 9 months ago,I was put in the hands of Minster Law. Imran Akhtar from Minster Law has been dealing with my case and even though it is early days I have found him to be extremely helpful. He keeps me fully updated and answers any questions I have without delay. If he is not available at the time he gets back to me promptly. It has been an extremely trying time both physically and mentally and Imran’s professionalism has really helped alleviate some of the stress this unfortunate situation has caused me.

This law firm are very poor in giving you updates im in the second year of my car accident claim which wasn't my fault and getting no where I've put in 2 complaints to client relations still not resolved third party insurers get no reply from them I'm prepping now to complain to legal ombudsman

2nd Review.... stay clear! After been advised that my case will now have weekly updates because of how poorly my case has been managed and how many mistakes... that lasted 2 weeks Minster have once again disappeared off the dace of the earth. I was sent another settlement figure 9 month after previous because they said i didn't need counselling.... after battling that they sent me through another settlement which was the same claim value but £200 less! Advisor tried telling me that the 25% was not included to the first valuation... it definitely was! £200 isn't 25% of £3600! Once i told her it was included she sad it was because the previous person calculated it wrong last year... surely that is not good? basically saying anything to me. Clearly no clue. She said ' let me check my calculator' after 2 seconds (clearly not even typed anything in it) ' yeah that's right. Tried to contact complaint department twice over the last 2 weeks and nothing... tried to speak to my case department three times but nothing... i am supposed to be receiving weekly calls. I have never known anything like it! I only went with Minster because my insurance referred me! you will be better going with another no win no fee yourself. They should pay us 25% on top for all of our waisted time... bargain price! I have never had to complain about anything in my life and i would usually leave it but this is just appalling. Had a lovely conversation with Lily Robinson today about my injury claim, she provided excellent customer service and helped me through my whole procedure.
Over a year and my claim is still not settled. Apparently I cannot be paid out until minster law gets their payment from the third party for their costs. I always have to call them, they never call and update me. It's ridiculous. Third party have admitted liability to me yes still nothing and no correspondence.
The lady who I spoke to today , Tina Davies was lovely, she was very helpful and clear on what will happen now with my claim 😊
