Abysmal
Can't believe there's people who've had a positive experience of this company, the level of service I've received since my Crash in October 2022 has been absolutely atrocious. After enough hassle to write a book about, I'm at settlement stage and they can't even confirm they've received documents off me, continuously jumping through further hoops because of their incompetence and the first set of settlement figures being sent to me wrong. I am going to have a breakdown if I have to deal with this company any more.
