I spoke to Robyn Nicholson once I'd reported my accident to the insurance company. She was brilliant with me. She carefully explained everything that I needed to do and what would happen next. She was very patient whilst I wrote things down, and has made it very easy to contact her if I have further questions. I had a positive experience with Minster Law Ltd. Kingfisher House, Peel Avenue, Wakefield, WF2 7UA. They dealt with a claim against a major European motorcycle manufacturer and its authorised dealer in the UK. This successful claim was the result of a catastrophic mechanical failure, resulting in a serious injury road traffic crash. Communication was always excellent and advice clear. After complaining in May 2024, Mark Abbot called on 24th May 2024. His direct dial is 01904 *** *** he won't loose sight of the file again! He'll do a draft of the first offer and call Tuesday next week. I've sent reminder emails but there's silence. Out of complete and utter frustration a Google review is here for a warning to others thinking of using this company.

Was told I would be contacted at every stage of claim process this never happened was told I would be informed of the amount submitted by 3rd party I wasn't informed about any of the 3 payouts submitted to Minster law who deemed it not enough . They said they would only take 35% of claim yet out of £1000 they have taken £500 very poor service I have received from Minster law and very poor communication. Claim has been ongoing since Sept 2024 we are now in march 2025 Reply saying it will be passed on to relevant doesn't fill me with any hope judging on previous experience with Minster law 1.5 out of 5 stars on Google reveiws is about right not sure how there 4 stars out of 5 on trust pilot seems a bit iffy 🤷 claim sorted out of £1000 Minster law decided to take £500 which isn't the 35% maximum they told me I would be charged for service. Trust me go elsewhere don't use MINSTER LAW

A very efficient service and great customer service
Alison Byram looked after my case after a rather nasty car accident and was brilliant. Always available via phone or email, helped me a lot at the beginning when collating all the information needed, chased the relevant people and companies when they needed a jolt and arranged every medical assessment as soon as possible. Made a difficult situation a lot easier over the 15 months it took and I am very grateful.

I worked with a number of solicitors at Minster Law over my 4 year case and it was closed out very successfully in the end by Alexander Howe. I cannot recommend him or any of the team highly enough - my case was complex (as I imagine they all are!), and time consuming. However, they were proactive and kept me abreast of what was taking place (or what we were waiting for) at all stages. In additional to the settlement they got for me I felt a genuine caring approach from everyone involved - they genuinely cared about my injuries and the impact it had, and still has, on my life. I imagine this is a competitive field - but choose these guys for your case - you will be in very good hands. Thank you Alex
