Poor communication poor service
Was told I would be contacted at every stage of claim process this never happened was told I would be informed of the amount submitted by 3rd party I wasn't informed about any of the 3 payouts submitted to Minster law who deemed it not enough . They said they would only take 35% of claim yet out of £1000 they have taken £500 very poor service I have received from Minster law and very poor communication. Claim has been ongoing since Sept 2024 we are now in march 2025 Reply saying it will be passed on to relevant doesn't fill me with any hope judging on previous experience with Minster law 1.5 out of 5 stars on Google reveiws is about right not sure how there 4 stars out of 5 on trust pilot seems a bit iffy 🤷 claim sorted out of £1000 Minster law decided to take £500 which isn't the 35% maximum they told me I would be charged for service. Trust me go elsewhere don't use MINSTER LAW
