Conversation after an accident
I spoke to Robyn Nicholson once I'd reported my accident to the insurance company. She was brilliant with me. She carefully explained everything that I needed to do and what would happen next. She was very patient whilst I wrote things down, and has made it very easy to contact her if I have further questions.
