NO COMMUNICATION.
I’ve had a case ongoing now for the last 2 years and 3 months. I get an email responded to maybe once every 6 months if I’m lucky. No one replies, no one answers my calls, if I do get through to someone apparently no one can help me other than the one person who doesn’t reply to my emails. The cases should have been finalised back in October, 6 months later I’m still nowhere closer to a court date and even it is was going to be longer for whatever reason just having clear communication and knowing where you stand would go along way and I’d have felt more at ease about the whole process. I’ve never had to do anything like this before (thank god) and just took direction from my insurance company but I wish I went elsewhere and was able to communicate with someone throughout the process. I have no idea where I stand and what’s going on and it’s beyond frustrating trying to get anywhere with this company. I just want an update at the very least but feels impossible to get even that.
