Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Excellent Service! Extremely quick turnaround from booking and getting the required job done! New installation of aerial went perfectly and the elderly lady it was for was Very Pleased as due to lack of mobility and housebound relies on her t.v for some normality! TV Ariel problem resolved easily
The engineer arrived at the agreed time and quickly assessed the work required to resolve the issue with the faulty reception. He gave me a quote which I thought was acceptable and he proceeded to complete the work. He provided a receipt and guarantee for the job. Overall a satisfactory service from this firm.

Fast and friendly service
Fast and friendly service. Within the hour of enquiring over the phone I had an engineer confirmed for the same day. I wasn't given any cheap quote gimmicks over the phone but instead told that only the visiting engineer could provide that and should I wish to go ahead there and then they would stay and do the job straight away. Inside 4 hours all my problems were fixed, thank you!!
