Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

This company kept in touch with me...
This company kept in touch with me.... that is rare enough. Although they missed the appointed time, I was contacted throughout the day, and finally asked if I would allow the work to be done in the evening, which I was very grateful for. The man was very helpful and obliging especially considering he had worked a full day and didn't leave my home until really late in the evening. I am happy to recommend this company

Excellent company - would highly recommend.
Having recently had problems with a few TVs in the house, we thought it must be an aerial problem. We rang Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite and was told someone would come the next day. Their rep arrived at 10.00 am the next day, was friendly, efficient and obviously knew exactly what he was talking about. He had all the equipment needed to assess what the problem was and spent quite a time making sure that everything was working before he left. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Steve for all your help.
