Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Replacement Satalite Dish
The Engineer looked at my satellite dish,and immediately saw I needed a replacement, as my freesat box was not receiving a signal, so told me in advance how much it would cost before carrying out the work, there was no obligation to go ahead or not, and no call out charge. He fitted it, checked connections to the freesat box and checked on screen the quality of the signal. I was very pleased with the work.

One phone call & my engineer was booked…
One phone call & my engineer was booked for my convenience the next day. He rang in the morning & told me between what times he would be coming & turned up exactly when he said. I needed a new aerial & tv to be tuned in as I’d recently moved to the area, the work was completed within the hour to my satisfaction. Can’t praise them enough, thank you.

Prompt and trustworty
Prompt service. The job was for my elderly mother and I asked if he could call to my house first and then to go to my mother's house which he did. Really respectful, knew the problem, worked on it and completed the job very successfully. Very reasonably priced followed by a receipt for his work with photos of what he had done. Would use again and recommend.
