After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Wow we were so impressed, from start to finish in less than 24hrs. Vinnie came out to remove an old tv aerial, he did a fantastic job and was very friendly & polite we couldn't ask for anything more. Will certainly recommend. Thank you so much.
My dad had a 32” tv to be installed on the wall which the bracket was also provided. Everything was great and the job was completed although i am pretty appalled at the price they charged my dad £213. My partner is a joiner and he said the job should have been no more than £100.

Saw the “free no obligation quote” on their website and so made contact. I was told an engineer would be with us the next day. Great, so far so good. The engineer rang us to tell us he would be with us within the hour. He asked if we wanted him to do the work today if he could fix it. I said it depended on cost. He told me it was impossible to say without running a diagnostic test which would be £69 plus VAT. If we decided NOT to have the work done, we’d still have to pay the £69 plus VAT. I asked then what was the free bit. I rang the company back and asked the same question; where’s the free quote/no obligation visit. The man said it was free if they came and didn’t do anything. I asked in what possible circumstances they would come and “do nothing” if they were being called out to a problem 🤷♀️ I then told him I’d been told it would cost us £69 plus VAT. He said, no it’s £40 for the diagnostic. I asked why then had the man told me £69 - he said he had no idea. It was at that point we cancelled. The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing here with an engineer saying £69 for a diagnostic and the actual company saying it’s £40. Draw your own conclusions! And no, this is NOT an April fool!
Brilliant service. Had my son's 65 inch tv mounted the morning after enquiring,, very fairly priced and great workmanship from paul who was on time, friendly and carried out a tidy professional job. Would recommend absolutely.
Sadly, it appears that there was a total misunderstanding when I contacted this firm. I clearly stated that my TV would not turn on. I was offered a free same day call out, which I excepted. I advised the receptionist that I had tried turning the tv on and off and also changed the batteries in the remote. All to no affect. I also told Ben, the engineer the same when he arrived. He looked at me quite puzzled and I actually asked him if he had ever worked on a 'Hisense' tv because he looked so confused. He just advised me that he had worked on numerous tv's and told me a diagnostic check would cost me £75.00p. I said that I was told the call out was free and his reply was 'I'm here'. So, I thought ok, lets have this 'diagnostic' check. This turns out to be exactly what I had done and had told him and NOTHING else. I assumed he would actually take the back off my tv and do some internal checks, but this never happened. I ended up with the impression that he did not carry out tv repairs. If this was the case, seeing I was so explicit when I spoke to the receptionist why on earth did she accept this job. Why did she not tell me that her firm does NOT repair tv's. I have ended up paying £75.00p. for absolutely NO REASON and to make matters worse. The company have not even bothered to reply to either my letters or emails. I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of manners and service I have received.
What a shower! Initially I thought great response to my email and then a request to phone back when I was put on hold for five minutes. “Yes, to double confirm the engineer will be with you this afternoon sir”. So off I went to watch the grass grow in my garden…some hours later when the moon came up I thought I had waited in long enough and went to the pub. What a pitiful useless company that despite all their hype and marketing deliver nothing the same day or any other day of the week. Recommend you don’t use them.
Called day 1 and offered same day visit to quote, as advertised, visit between 2 and 5pm. No-one turned up or called. So I had to call them and they apologised and said it would be the next day. The engineer called that morning booked 2-4.30pm, discussed a bit. Noone here by 3.30 and no call so messaged the engineer, no reply. Called at 4.30 call declined. Called the office and they said sorry, mabye tomorrow.
Contacted regarding an aerial issue, first engineer was here 10 minutes and charged for something he didn’t install, put inside connectors on the outside and the aerial only worked for a week. Second engineer came out to fix his faults ( the one who told me what the first guy did or did not do in this case). His fix only lasted 3 weeks. As a result of my lack of trust for this company to fix anything I went elsewhere, the new engineer from a different company found they taped the box rather than fixing it, the cables were lying all over not fixed as they should be, they had put two junctions in which disconnected the aerial hence it did not work. Customer service still haven’t resolved my complaint. It cost me £370 for this inadequate service and I’ve gracefully only requested the money that it cost me (£150) to put their mistakes right and still not received a recognition or apology for this horrible service after a month of sending my complaint. I will be seeking a full refund and going to trading standards if I do receive a adequate response shortly. Separate note, when searching for this company it came across as something that would have more local engineers based in my home town due to local phone number. However, one engineer was based more than an hour away and the other 3 hours which definitely wasn’t conducive to getting consistent dependable service in this case.
Just had tv fitted to wall, would defo recommend , Tyler and Marchin service was great fantastic job and even left no mess and handled my property with care. Will Deffo use this service again if I require anything else. Thanks lads! Apologies if I spelt the second handyman guys wrong but he was great!
