After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Do NOT use this company This company has No concept of customer service. I have had no less than six cancellation and reschedule events, one of which I did not even know about until they requested to reschedule. Call centre staff are not helpful and do not listen. They promise that and engineer will call with a window of time for the visit. This does not always happen. Requests to reschedule are ususally about ten minutes before the end of the window. Compaints about poor service are ignored and no attempt is made to resolve the situation. Some of their engineers do not have knowledge, training or inclination to perform some tasks Problems after install are ignored
My engineer was a guy called Simon and he didn't hang around with in 25 minutes he had my old aerial down and the new one up with the drop cable sorted, he even retuned my tv and cleaned up after him self, he explained everything that he had done a very polite and friendly person 👍 10 out of 10 cheers Simon thanks for all your help mate.

Made contact via WhatsApp at 12.49, received a reply at 12.50. Colin the engineer made contact at 13.21. Arrived at my house just before 14.00 and had everything was done by 15.00. What more can you say other than stunning. Well done.
