Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Called this company to put bird spikes…
Called this company to put bird spikes on our TV aerial. Was told a engineer would come round to look at what l needed and give a free quote. I was quoted £94, to supply and fit them. Which they did on my original aerial. The following day l noticed one of the spikes was not pointing upwards and had slipped down. Another engineer came out and told me, spikes was not suitable for my aerial and l needed another type of aerial. At an extra cost. This was not suggested by the first engineer. We are both pensioners and money is tight at the best of times. We were told the original engineer would be in touch, it's over 10 days now and still waiting. Be wary of using this company.

Some inconsistency in the experience of their engineers
Requested an engineer to diagnose and resolve poor reception and initial call was arranged efficiently. Engineer was very polite and tried to be helpful spending quite a bit of time trying to install an aerial in the loft which he later removed as it didn't resolve the issue, however he did replace my existing mast-head amplifier which improved things a little. I was never given a written quotation for the work and there was a misunderstanding about the cost of the work which I subsequently felt was quite expensive especially as the problem wasn't completely resolved. I called customer services who confirmed that the charge was correct but arranged for a senior engineer to visit as I still had an issue with reception. The second engineer had many years of experience and said almost straight away that the poor reception was due to my location and couldn't be improved. The engineers are subcontractors and so don't necessarily know each other but the second, more experienced engineer said that he thought the first guy was wasting his time (and I guess my money) trying to install an aerial in the loft when I already have a high-gain aerial on a mast with a mast-head amp which couldn't get all the Freeview channels. My conclusion is that this is a reputable company and if it is possible to get a good reception they will sort you out eventually but not all of their engineers are up to the same standard and I think they are a bit expensive.

Very polite on phone, visited and explained what we needed and gave a decent quote. Had the work done there and then all rubbish, dust etc was cleaned up. Very happy with price, equipment and guarantees.

Wouldn’t be my first choice in future, however
Easy online quote requesting and good communication. Was let down regards agreed date for quote however when the engineer did finally arrive the work was done same day. I needed a sky glass TV wall mounting and it was done to a great standard, the bracket was provided by the engineer and the engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and a tidy workman. I do feel the prices are very inflated I could probably have got it done for much much less however due to my personal situation at the time I chose to go ahead and get the work done. I wouldn’t use the company as first choice again purely based on pricing.

Don’t use this company
We didn’t use this company as they wanted much more money we went with another company which was half the price for exactly the same job they were supposed to come on the Friday had a phone call not coming arrived on the Saturday late wouldn’t recommend it’s not the company that it says it’s a Scottish company that owns it not a local company and twice the price a real con Thanks for contacting me I have had the job done by another company for half the price

Excellent service. Filled in the request advice form and a phone call within 5 mins. Identified the problem and organised a survey that afternoon. Survey revealed need for new aerial and booster. Both on the van so job completed within 2 Hours. Very knowledgable technician friendly courteous. Could it fault this excellent service. Very pleased.
