After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Available next day. Excellent communication throughout, before and during visit. New aeriel fitted, cable repaired, splitter fitted, and now both Freeview tellies working fine. Highly recommended.

After some teething troubles with my Sky Q box, I called for assistance @ 08.30hrs and had an engineering visit that day, check out the system, find the fault, renew the required part and had us back on track by mid afternoon same day. Really polite, helpful service and would happily recommend to anyone looking for Sky support.

Firstly, picked Mike Harris from published recommendations. A good choice. Our job was scheduled 24 hours after our initial call. Now that is quick. Our engineer, Paul, turned up on time and took us through our aerial installation in this brand new house. Job done, cables hidden and everything left clean and tidy. A 5 star service. Many thanks.

My partner just moved to a property he recently purchased. There was an aerial, but it was like something out of Noah's Ark - not fit for purpose. Mike Harris aerials sorted everything, new aerial fitted and now it is all up and running perfectly. Definitely worth 5 stars.

My satellite signal was lost. It had been showing weak-signal for a few weeks. An engineer arrived the same day!. - The transponder arm had completely corroded through. A new dish was fitted within 45 minutes! Perfect signal strength.

I donβt know what to tell you. They were amazing. The engineer they sent was really knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my concerns regarding the wiring. He was just awesome (thank you John). You cannot see the wiring which had to go right across the house!

Very professional service, engineer arrived, assessed the fault and within 3/4 hour , we had a new arial and perfect picture. He retuned the tv and freeview box and made sure that we were completely satisfied.

Having problems with birds roosting on an overhanging aerial and fed up of clearing the mess up daily, so filled the form in and sent it off was contacted within the hour and told that an engineer would speak with me concerning the problem. Was contacted later that day and after explaining the problem the Engineer recommended Bird Spikes rather than moving the aerial. He said it would be cheaper to purchase my own and when I had done that contact the office and they would sort out an appointment. Purchased them from Screwfix the same day, contact head office and an appointment was made for the next day. Engineer arrived 30 earlier than booked checked out the job and fitted the spikes. From first contacting Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite to the job being completed was a total of 26 hours. What more could you ask for.
