After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

The engineer Vinnie came and sorted out my aerial problem today 07/03/2025 and he was brilliant. Very polite, explained everything that he was doing and helped me in simple terms. He is an asset to this company and I would definitely recommend him.

Further to my review of 3rd February, I received a call from Lauren the sales manager to say that following my earlier review they had put measures in place to prevent the same issue happening again. I was pleased to hear this and she also refunded part of the bill as a goodwill gesture! I am thankful for her support and happy to update my review to 5 star ! Thank you Lauren

Unreliable company. No indication of when they would be visiting my home. I booked a visit over a week ago. The visit was for today 1st March. I was advised that I would be contacted to confirm when an installation engineer would visit. I received no such call. I telephone their office at 09:00 today and was told that someone would call me back to advise a time slot for when I should expect a visit. At 12:15, no such call. Just telephoned again to be advised that someone is due to visit today but donβt know when. I cancelled the visit and will instead reschedule with a company that knows the meaning of good customer service.

Very nice and informative engineer on site, clean and tidy worker. Arrived a day later than arranged but I put this as fault of the office not being aware of how long some jobs take, however good job when he did come.
