Seid Tagen kann ich mich nun schon nicht in mein Microsoft account anmelden da ich auf der Microsoft anmelde Webseite jedes mal nach dem eingeben meiner Email eine Meldung bekomme das die Seite aktuell nicht erreichbar ist. Es ist auch nicht möglich einen neuen Account mit einer zweit Mail zu erstellen da dort die selbe Meldung kommt dadurch kann ich keine games zocken für die ich mich in meinem Konto anmelden muss.

e suis sous garantie microsoft pour ma surface laptop, elle termine début juillet. J'ai envoyé deux fois au service réparation ma surface qui me revient a domicile sans réparation. Je suppose que microsoft fait tirer jusqu'au dépassement de ma garantie pour ne pas prendre en charge les réparations. Mon ordinateur s'éteint, c'est surement un problème de carte mere, et ils ne veulent pas remplacer la carte je pense. Leur prétexte de retour de réparation est incompréhensible si ils ont testé ma surface.

Jeg har købt en Lenovo Yoga 7 med Copilot+ PC og burde måske have regnet ud, at det lød for godt til at være sandt.
Man skulle nemlig kunne bruge Cocreator i Paint på disse PC'er og det virkede jo som en fantastisk mulighed!
Efter at have smidt pengene efter computeren, står jeg nu med en PC, hvor jeg ikke kan få lov til at bruge det, for det kræver et abonnement til 169kr om måneden!
Der var ingen "obs, abonnement påkrævet" ved PC'ernes beskrivelser, hvor der var fine billeder af skitser, der blev til "billeder". Selv når jeg søger på google, om det kræver abonnement eller license, så står der kun, at man skal have en PC med Copilot+ og senest nye opdatering på Paint.
Selv da jeg ringede til Support, startede den ansatte med at mene, at det IKKE krævede license, men skulle være en del af Copilot+ PC oplevelsen. Og nåede at lave en del troubleshooting, før hun fandt ud af det.
Det er simpelthen ikke i orden over for hverken kunder - eller overfor PC-producenten, som nok får computeren retur i næste uge! For hvorfor betale 11000 for en PC, som man kunne have fået billigere?

I cancelled my subscription to Microsoft Office as I hardly ever used it. Now, I can't open a document that stores my login details for multiple sites. I literally can't access a bunch of my accounts because Microsoft is holding my login details hostage. You don't own my content. You have no right to prevent me from accessing it. Disgraceful.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had returning products from Ireland and the subsequent poor customer service, and wanted to make everyone aware of this.
I initially purchased a Surface Pro and keyboard, as Microsoft had heavily promoted a no-questions-asked return policy. After using the products for a few weeks, I decided they were not suitable for me. I initiated a return and sent the products back to Microsoft.
I dropped off the products at my local collection point on May 27th, and they were received by Microsoft on June 3rd. One week later, I received no updates from Microsoft, and my shipping label on my account indicated that it had expired. I contacted Microsoft, and they assured me that I would receive my refund no later than Friday, June 13th. However, this did not materialize.
I made another call the following week and was informed that I would receive the refund by the end of the next week, which was June 20th. By that evening, I had not received anything and initiated a chargeback request from my bank. Remarkably, at 1:00 AM on June 21st, a refund was initiated.
As of writing this on June 26th, I have still not received my refund. I received another support email on June 25th, which essentially informed me that I had initiated a chargeback request and to contact my bank for further assistance. However, the email did not mention my refund.
I followed up with a call to support this morning, where I was left on hold for 20 minutes while they reviewed my support ticket. During this time, I was rudely informed that it was my bank that I needed to contact, as Microsoft had initiated the refund and there was nothing more to be done.
When I inquired about the chargeback request email, the support representative did not understand what a chargeback was and stated that they were unable to read the email because it was sent by another team. They informed me that if I wanted someone to discuss the email with me, they would have to call me back later in the day.
Therefore, 24 days after returning my products in perfect condition, I am still awaiting my refund.
If anyone has any suggestions to resolve this issue, please let me know. At this point, I simply want my money back and to avoid dealing with Microsoft products in the future.

I received correspondence from Microsot to say they were increasing their subscription by £30!
Ridiculous. This apparently due to their automatic inclusion of AI.

I have been locked out of my account for two days now, every time I called I receive some excuse as to why my case keeps being put on queue. They work backwards and are paying people to create a case instead of engineers that can help customers.
Pity I can’t have a -5, because you deserve it all. Not just the product is rubbish, but now it’s becoming truly impossible to access to something as simple as the email account. Passkey setup accordingly to your requirements and now it changed the rules again completely locking me off and overriding the passkey by forcing me to use a second device to read a QR code or an external passkey, that get (both) punctually get rejected since it doesn’t read it properly/doesn’t open the page/ in short doesn’t work: bottom line, I can’t use at all the account, thank you, fantastic service and product as always. Same for words, years of works punctually locked for one reason or another, I can’t access them as I see fit, but only through some device and if it’s a good day for Microsoft. A shameful scam, that’s what it became, despicable
Years ago I signed up for Skype as an alternative phone service. while I seldom used it I did maintain a blanch. I just learned that Skype had been discontinued and replaced with Teams which does not work for me. Microsoft refuses to return the money I have deposited with them. I would have to go to sell claims court but they won't even connect me with their law office.
