Microsoft seem to scam.

I received correspondence from Microsot to say they were increasing their subscription by £30! Ridiculous. This apparently due to their automatic inclusion of AI. I didn't ask for this, or agree to it. I tried to unsubscribe, only to be quoted £30 for doing so. What is this? Why should I pay to unsubscribe from a service I didn't ask for! Get real Microsoft. The word is service and not dictatorship. Tell me how to remove your exorbitant fee without paying to remove it? Microsoft is maxoscambolic, if this visa how they treat loyal customers.
