Used M&H Carriers a couple times now all over the UK for my business deliveries to customers via pallet. Quotes are always quick, both customers delighted with the communication and drivers! A price that works for my business and a service that I can depend on has massively assisted us! Thank you.

Great service!

Just moved to Moray and M&H are the carriers other big companies use for the last leg of delivery. Had a furniture order being delivered by DHL and had to reschedule through M&H. Simple call to real people and job done. There delivery guys even waited at our address as I was late back from appointment. Their team were great to deal with and driver went over and above, delivering with great service.

Speeding in a 20mph zone

Not had this company deliver anything but today in Crail one of their vans hurled through the estate well in excess of the speed limit - there are children and pets here. Disgraceful.

DONT USE THIS CARRIER!!!!

Horrible. Esp Mark who keeps delivering in my area. Sick of this company and need to know in advance if I’m stuck with them as a carrier-bc I won’t order now if they’re used. But this one delivery driver is esp problematic over the years-most lethargic person walking upright in a role I’ve ever seen

Driver went above and beyond.

Driver was kind, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was in a secure area until I could arrange help. I am disabled and did not expect the delivery to arrive until tomorrow. The delivery driver unloaded the pallet in a more accessible area for me to secure the goods. He could easily have left it in the parking bay but knew I was unable to move it so spent a little extra time to secure the goods, giving me peace of mind and time to contact my gardener. Very nice guy who is a credit to the haulage company.

Superb customer service

We recently had a parcel booked for collection from our home on Skye by a 3rd party. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pickup, but it was immediately resolved with a quick phone call to to a very helpful lady in the Inverness depot. Within a couple of hours the parcel had been picked up and was on its way. Great, friendly customer support who resolved this minor issue super quickly. The large international couriers should take note - this is how to do it!

Get someone who can do the job professionally!

This is a review regarding their hiring process. The worst interview I have ever attended very unprofessional and lazy! The guy who interviewed me swore throughout the whole interview. His attitude was just appalling and lazy! I was told I would hear back in a week and never did I had to get in touch to see what was going on. He gave me excuses to delay the decision. I don't think they have any intention of hiring someone they do not know. He even said he was thinking about giving the job to his nephew in the interview, who does this! When I asked if I can get information on where to review the interview process I was just ignored. Get someone who can do a job professionally!

5 stars as far as pick up from seller to drop off in Elgin for Monday (booked by me on the phone) delivery. On Monday, no sign of delivery so spoke to a lovely lady in Inverness depot who contacted Elgin office (1 star) to query non delivery. Apparently the chap had "misread" the delivery on Monday instructions!!?? So people, just because the tracking says "scanned onto vehicle", it does NOT mean you're going to get your parcel. I wonder whether they will reimburse me for a day sitting at home twiddling my thumbs?

Excellent Customer Service

It sometimes goes to show that people only review when they have a complaint! I cannot fault the Argyll Depot and team. They have always gone above and beyond with any special requests, great communication brilliant staff, always happy to help. Highly recommend.

Disgusting company

Can see why the reputation of this company is so bad. Not only there service but their drivers are happy to hammer through puddles in their vans soaking toddlers in freezing conditions

This company has the worst customer…

This company has the worst customer service and delivery drivers. He rang the bell and not getting an immediate answer left without trying the bell again or the back door. I was in the house. A complaint to the Inverness office was met by a rude person not interested in a complaint. Had to wait till the following week for delivery where I asked the driver why he did not make more of an effort to contact " I was in a rush and it is Friday" Tell your supplier not to use M&H

They have done it again

They have done it again. Simple 13 kg parcel delivered to customer badly damaged and has to be replaced by me. Their insurance only gives a cover value of £1.30 per kg irrespective of the type of product. On top of that they have a £250.00 excess. My goods worth £30.00 per kg. Under a claim they would only be worth £13.00 total. So I loose out by £300.00. NOt good enough so will be changing courier service provider

Scottish company saves English companies ass...

M&S were subcontracted by DX Delivery to delivery an item I had ordered from Homebase. A LOT of errors on DX's side, but once I managed to get through to the Aberdeen branch of M&H my item was delivered quickly. Professional team and went above and beyond to get my item delivered before I went on holiday, would use again.
