Used M&H Carriers a couple times now all over the UK for my business deliveries to customers via pallet. Quotes are always quick, both customers delighted with the communication and drivers! A price that works for my business and a service that I can depend on has massively assisted us! Thank you.
Just moved to Moray and M&H are the carriers other big companies use for the last leg of delivery.
Had a furniture order being delivered by DHL and had to reschedule through M&H. Simple call to real people and job done. There delivery guys even waited at our address as I was late back from appointment.
Their team were great to deal with and driver went over and above, delivering with great service.
Not had this company deliver anything but today in Crail one of their vans hurled through the estate well in excess of the speed limit - there are children and pets here. Disgraceful.
Horrible. Esp Mark who keeps delivering in my area. Sick of this company and need to know in advance if I’m stuck with them as a carrier-bc I won’t order now if they’re used. But this one delivery driver is esp problematic over the years-most lethargic person walking upright in a role I’ve ever seen
Have used them for years. Local team good sevice and within Scotland. They use subcontractors South of the BOrder. Had problems with goods being delivered severley damaged. Buckets inside packed boxes burst big time and powder contents scattered to the winds. Though I was insured. That is the big catch when yu rread the conditions of carriage. Goods are valued by weight per kg as per Haulage Acssociation. Curently £1.30 per kg. If you make a claim then weight of ogds sets how much insurance yu will get. If weight times £1.30 ispayout. However. There is a £250.00 excess. In my case 25 kg of product at £30.00 per kg I did not reach the threshold for payment. Total shipment value lost with no compensation was over £600.00
First time dealing with this company. Order was a combination oven. I was kept up to date and on the day of delivery, I was unexpectedly called into work in the morning for an hour, so missed the parcel delivery. Called the office in Inverness when I got home, and asked if the driver was still in the area to deliver, a lovely lady dealt with this and told me the driver would be back in 5 mins. The driver, was polite friendly and told me he would have come back later anyway. For me, this was a brilliant first time experience. Thank you 😊
Worked with M&H for over 20 years, from the time they shared space with FEDEX in the Carse (Inverness).
Grafters one and all....they get through a huge amount of work in any one day and will help you out whenever they can, despite being overworked across the board from office to warehouse to drivers. Don't go by the whingers that put one star on a review.....the world if full of people that expect their deliveries to be there at 9am every morning after the night before online order..."get a grip".
M&H are, to the man, down to earth real people as are the girls in the office. Top notch. Keep up the good work
Lost my parcel, delivered to wrong address. no help over the phone, just told by a rude lady to go back to the people i booked the delivery through (which was M&H)

Useless Did not deliver in 7 attempts. you just have to be home when they decide to appear.
after 3 months of trying to deliver a router I had to cancel with the company that has sent it
ordered something else from Xiaomi and again this company can't deliver.
ordered before to Glasgow and was texted and emailed and let know a window of 1 hour but this guys don't care. they have a very bad system and customer service does not help at all. you notice they don't give a damn about the customer
If I could give no stars I would. Probably the worst logistics company in the country. DO NOT USE! They "lost" a consignment of perpex and failed to deliver. No co.pensation, a failure to inform the customer regarding insurance. Rude, unhelpful staff and shocking service. An absolute disgrace and should not be allowed to trade.
Ordered internal door. Delivery was 2 weeks late even sender did send on time. Came with multiple scratches and huge hole in the middle of the door. Tried to refuse to take, been told was paid only for delivery. On packing was lots foot prints.

Organise delivery with office for day that suits me and they come on the wrong day not once but twice! Phone office to check what’s happening and the man that I spoke to can’t seem to tell the truth if it kills him! Left for ages on hold when trying to get ahold of them to find out what’s going on! What’s the point in organising a delivery on a day that suits the customer if you can’t manage to deliver on the right day?
Making a mistake with something and apologising is one thing! But continuing to make the same mistake shows no growth or learning nor a desire to actually improve anything!

Words fail me to describe the inefficiency and rudeness of the staff that work in this awful company.
The risk is not worth taking a chance with this company.
M&H lost an item from my consigment so I was told to make a claim and given a link to instigate claim. Upshot is they have a get out clause which means my item (value £500) is down to me. Don't use these sharlatans
