Used M&H Carriers a couple times now all over the UK for my business deliveries to customers via pallet. Quotes are always quick, both customers delighted with the communication and drivers! A price that works for my business and a service that I can depend on has massively assisted us! Thank you.
Just moved to Moray and M&H are the carriers other big companies use for the last leg of delivery. Had a furniture order being delivered by DHL and had to reschedule through M&H. Simple call to real people and job done. There delivery guys even waited at our address as I was late back from appointment. Their team were great to deal with and driver went over and above, delivering with great service.
Not had this company deliver anything but today in Crail one of their vans hurled through the estate well in excess of the speed limit - there are children and pets here. Disgraceful.
Horrible. Esp Mark who keeps delivering in my area. Sick of this company and need to know in advance if I’m stuck with them as a carrier-bc I won’t order now if they’re used. But this one delivery driver is esp problematic over the years-most lethargic person walking upright in a role I’ve ever seen

Nicola and the team in Aberdeen did a great job of delivering an outsize package from one end of the country to another. Lots of willing attention to detail including delivery in a suitable vehicle for accessing our narrow track. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful too. Five stars to all at the team!

Yet another fifth-rate UK freight company, noticeably poor service despite operating in a barely regulated field that is already notorious for poor service. No tracking, no communications, no indication of a likely delivery date. Surly, foul-mouthed staff. Falsely listed my delivery as “signed for” three days before they actually delivered it, then tried to get me to sign for it while it was still on the truck. All became clear when they finally got it to the door and I saw that my new washing machine was scratched and dented and looked like it had made part of the journey by trebuchet. As with no many UK couriers and logistics companies, they are absolute cowboys. Another one for the blacklist.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. M and H were a 3rd party carrier for DX Express (disgraceful) for a recent purchase. One phone call to the Glasgow (Argyll) depot and a solution was found.
