Used M&H Carriers a couple times now all over the UK for my business deliveries to customers via pallet. Quotes are always quick, both customers delighted with the communication and drivers! A price that works for my business and a service that I can depend on has massively assisted us! Thank you.
Just moved to Moray and M&H are the carriers other big companies use for the last leg of delivery.
Had a furniture order being delivered by DHL and had to reschedule through M&H. Simple call to real people and job done. There delivery guys even waited at our address as I was late back from appointment.
Their team were great to deal with and driver went over and above, delivering with great service.
Not had this company deliver anything but today in Crail one of their vans hurled through the estate well in excess of the speed limit - there are children and pets here. Disgraceful.
Horrible. Esp Mark who keeps delivering in my area. Sick of this company and need to know in advance if I’m stuck with them as a carrier-bc I won’t order now if they’re used. But this one delivery driver is esp problematic over the years-most lethargic person walking upright in a role I’ve ever seen
Never used this type of company before so was a tad nervous when calling. Spoke to a guy from office, didn’t catch his name began with a M snd he helped me through it all. Great service. Super friendly. Good prices and stuff arrived on time. Driver wasn’t so friendly and was rude and seemed to lack hygiene. But overall. Great service boys
Ordered multiple bathroom items spent 4 days so far waiting in every day to be told it will be delivered on that day up until 7pm at night. Still no sign of my delivery and when I ask to make a complaint I'm advised I need to go through company I have ordered from to then go through palletways (who are outrageous) for my complaint to filter through to M& H logistics.
Terrible service from m&h carriers next to useless on the phone still waiting on a call back from them parcel 3 weeks late
Claim it was delivered no photo evidence dodgy signature and I was home all day
Either lost stolen or couldn’t be arsed delivering it
Dpd should find someone else for the lochaber area
And to add dpd are just as useless on the phone
Wasn't sure what to expect because of the other reviews. Just had an engine delivered to my daughters in Cumbernauld. Driver could not have been more helpful. Worth every star. Thank you.
Driver is very Rude!! I didn't get anything delivered but i was at Armidillo storage today (3/6/21) and the driver parked across 4 of the 5 spaces with his van and you couldn't actually get in the 5th space and if you did you'd block his back door!! I got out and said can you move please he said "i left a space for anyone" i said we can't get in it! Other people need to use these spaces! He moved forward but started to be aggressive with me saying he has 20 deliveries to put in here as he chucked them on and they said fragile!!

Worst delivery company ever. They have three of my parcels, from three separate senders and all have been mysteriously “misrouted”……all very, very late and now I’m unable to reopen my small business as plannedand I’ve been closed since 2019……they just don’t care.
They have my card machine, menu boards and large box of coffee beans and tea.
I’ve been fobbed off, lied to…..phoned numerous times over the last week asking to speak to a manager, he/she never returned my call.
Please do not use this terrible, shockingly bad company!! They should be made to pay for my loss of earnings, my staffs loss of earnings and loss of all the food bought and prepared in readiness for opening and now can’t because of their ineptitude and total lack of respect and morals in honouring their contractual obligations.
Shocking lack of service, 3 days so far to take a parcel approx 35 miles, repeatedly tryed to contact them, little or no response while still getting an email every day saying the parcel will be delivered that day, parcel has now sat with them 3miles away for 2 days, even offered to pick it up but told no! This parcel was urgent, and now to late for purpose! Not to mention staying home and losing earnings to take delivery! All in all a shockingly poor service

Lady called Ann has no idea what day of the week it is never mind helping anyone!
Their depot at Abbotswell deals with Yodel deliveries yet when you call they claim they know nothing! Rude and unwilling to help

You should really just help customers than being aggressive and immature on the phone!
Aggressive and impatient driver collected my item worth £180, he did not want to leave any proof of collection and reluctantly left a card with no consignment number. My item never arrived at it’s destination, although one member of staff recalls it arriving at the Tullos depot. My calls have been met with defensiveness, nobody calls back when they say they will and after days of complaints I was told to contact the recipient to make a claim on their insurance! I pointed out that it had nothing to do with the recipient but it seems there is a lack of company procedures to deal with their own incompetence. Wish I had used a reliable firm.
