Used M&H Carriers a couple times now all over the UK for my business deliveries to customers via pallet. Quotes are always quick, both customers delighted with the communication and drivers! A price that works for my business and a service that I can depend on has massively assisted us! Thank you.

Great service!

Just moved to Moray and M&H are the carriers other big companies use for the last leg of delivery. Had a furniture order being delivered by DHL and had to reschedule through M&H. Simple call to real people and job done. There delivery guys even waited at our address as I was late back from appointment. Their team were great to deal with and driver went over and above, delivering with great service.

Speeding in a 20mph zone

Not had this company deliver anything but today in Crail one of their vans hurled through the estate well in excess of the speed limit - there are children and pets here. Disgraceful.

DONT USE THIS CARRIER!!!!

Horrible. Esp Mark who keeps delivering in my area. Sick of this company and need to know in advance if I’m stuck with them as a carrier-bc I won’t order now if they’re used. But this one delivery driver is esp problematic over the years-most lethargic person walking upright in a role I’ve ever seen

Don't use the Elgin depot to put…

Don't use the Elgin depot to put parcels or get parcel from I go out check our box outside and driver can't even knock on the door just puts slip in then when you ask question how long will they be you get well if you had been in when driver came first you would have your f** cking parcel I haven't left the house all day lovely

9 days and still waiting for a delivery…

9 days later and still waiting for a delivery of package. Have phoned everyday, sometimes twice with always promise to call back - they don't! One phonecall I was told my consignment has been in back fo van and they can't get hold of driver. Horrendous customer service!

Picked up laptop, it vanished!

Picked up laptop, all on doorbell cam. Said they didnt pick it up. They didnt bother leaving a receipt but covered themselves by taking a photo of the house name. So, don't ever leave items for M&H carriers, let them ring the bell, and don't let them leave without getting a receipt. If they don't sort this out, I'll be hundreds out because of them. EDIT: Although they denied they had picked it up, it appeared at the destination, allbut over a week later. Note they never updated me at any point.

Damaged our house

Scratched our floor on delivery by pushing a palate across the floor instead of carrying it after charging an exorbitant fee. They now will not respond to requests to resolve the issue. The flooring is less than a year old. Very displeased Edit: I contacted this company again as requested with details of the damage and received no response for weeks. The replies here on trustpilot are clearly just to display a caring image with no actual intention to follow through and resolve issues - shameful

Rubbish logistical planning and customer service.

A very expensive parcel being delivered to me was scanned into the Inverness hub and then sat there for 4 days. I called twice and no one ever called me back, even though they said they would. Called again and then told it would go out on the 5th day they had possession of it, apparently it had to go to another sub hub and they only came to my area on certain days. I live mainland UK, its the 21st century how can a logistics company be so rubbish at 1) doing the job and 2) having good customer service.

All delivery companies should be like this.

I missed their delivery, and I used the card they left to arrange by phone to collect at Aberdeen. The arrangements were conducted very promptly, politely and efficiently; they involved the company making a return phone call, which actually happened - a rare event in my experience. I collected around 5:30pm on the Friday before a bank holiday, and I expected fairly brisk treatment. It was busy all right, but I met with nothing but kindness and a genuine concern to unite me with my parcel. On my leaving, they queued up to help me with the fairly heavy package.

Shocking level of customer service, failed collection, abrupt management comments. AVOID!

Collection scheduled via DHL, M&H Carriers Argyll we’re scheduled to collect, failed to do so. Failed to call my number or email me even though both were in the paperwork. ‘Management’ were incredibly abrupt when I refused to leave the parcel outside due to its value. Their response to me was, ‘…it’s just a box to us’. The DHL client was shocked when I shared the verbatim comment with them. I’d avoid at all cost.

Shocking service !

Shocking service !! Stick with DPD or DX . Sat with my order in Aberdeen for 3 days and still never loaded it for delivery on day 3. Its now coming up for the weekend . Told them return to sender . It was underlay for my daughters carpets. She now has carpets on top of concrete. Thank you very much (not)
