Used M&H Carriers a couple times now all over the UK for my business deliveries to customers via pallet. Quotes are always quick, both customers delighted with the communication and drivers! A price that works for my business and a service that I can depend on has massively assisted us! Thank you.
Just moved to Moray and M&H are the carriers other big companies use for the last leg of delivery.
Had a furniture order being delivered by DHL and had to reschedule through M&H. Simple call to real people and job done. There delivery guys even waited at our address as I was late back from appointment.
Their team were great to deal with and driver went over and above, delivering with great service.
Not had this company deliver anything but today in Crail one of their vans hurled through the estate well in excess of the speed limit - there are children and pets here. Disgraceful.
Horrible. Esp Mark who keeps delivering in my area. Sick of this company and need to know in advance if I’m stuck with them as a carrier-bc I won’t order now if they’re used. But this one delivery driver is esp problematic over the years-most lethargic person walking upright in a role I’ve ever seen
Had issue with a delivery due to ups, both depots from Inverness and Elgin, extremely helpful. Politeness goes without saying, customer service excellent. Job well done more so from your guys at the Elgin depot.

3 times in a row perishable items sit in depot too long, had to pick up this time or 3 times produce ruined. APC emailed to say item will be delivered next day (2 day delivery), then MH sit on it until day 5, even after APC state it will be drlivered on a certain date, MH hide behind the APC 2-5 delivery statement, even after APC say it will be delivered next day.
One driver told me , current driver cant cope and is cherry picking, making no effort to deal with perishable items, current drivers says they are under staffed and blame the caos on management.
Craig from customer support was not at all helpful, condescending, left me upset, also telling me the almost 50% 1 star on TrustPilot is fake, lol, strange how APC sit at 10% 1 star only.
I will be writing to APC with concerns there reputation and credibility is being damaged by these unconcerned clowns, terrible service.
Thanks to Nicola’s help in the Aberdeen office I was finally able to send a suitcase of clothes to Fort William having been let down previously by DPD & DHL.
Had delivery today and very dissapointed. The delivery man refused to bring the 1m/2.4m and 20kg parcel inside of my house despite me asking as im a single woman and dond have anyone to ask for help and its heavy for me. wouldt recomend this company.
guys had a real challenge to get my piece of furniture in - they even took a door off (and put it back on again!) I think anyone else would have just not bothered, they really did a great job and were so pleasant about it all.
EE phone left on Thursday, said I would get it next day, scanned in Glasgow on Saturday. Next scanned in Inverness on Monday morning. Phoned M & H up on Monday afternoon, said they would deliver it on Tuesday morning as in cage and can not get it. Phoned today, out for delivery Wednesday. So in Inverness warehouse for 3 days on a 24 hrs next day delivery from EE

Very helpful and great staff who progressed large delivery from Aberdeen to Brighton. Customer Services explained the process, answered my multiple questions quickly and professionally, making it very easy to work with them. Thank you for all your help throughout the process. Delivery arrived securely packaged and without issue. Would definitely use again.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped me with for big size parcel delivery to London from Aberdeen. Accepted the parcel without prior booking which was my mistake but office helped accepting the package, explaining the process and made it very easy to work with. Customer service was very responsive to my email and kept me updated with status of my order time to time.
Local driver is excellent, but he is let down by shoddy service from the depot.
Two parcels of stock travelling with DHL have sat with them for a week which should be on the shelves in my shop at the height of the tourist season.
Phones and emails go unanswered.
If you have too many parcels then you clearly need to recruit more drivers, or take on less contract work.
