Service and quote was exactly as offered. Meele got my phone, checked it and paid the offered valuation into my bank account today. All in less than 6 hours. Very well done.

Sent my phone in. Had literally no damage. However the offer £301 down to £77. I’ll be getting my phone back. Definitely a ploy to get phones for cheap. Rubbish company.

Clear website, you don’t get bombarded with emails or other spam, the process was quick and I got paid what I expected. Sounds simple but it’s not what I’ve experienced with other companies and I’ve found meelie mobile to be brilliant for the last 3 phones I’ve recycled.

I sent my phone for sale and got email stating my phone was asset watch, they told me to contact EE which I did and they told me the device was not blacklisted or on asset watch....meelie mobile now saying that they won't sent phone back for another 28 days even thought I've shown them proof of purchase..waste of time company

I recently sold a phone with Meelie Mobile and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Meelie provided me with the most competitive quote and so I submitted my device details and waited for my return pack. Unfortunately for me, I caught Covid in the meantime and so I was concerned I might miss my quote window. I wrote explaining my situation to Meelie and received a response a few minutes before 9am the following day – it’s clear they take pride in their customer service. Extension agreed, I chose the special delivery option and paid for next day delivery at the post office for the £750 insurance cover – I have lost devices before. According to Royal Mail, my package arrived with Meelie at 09:28am. I received an email from Meelie confirming receipt of my device at 09:58am, followed by confirmation of inspection at around 11:40am. They requested ID and so I used the provided secure portal to upload a bank statement. I received final confirmation shortly after 2pm, a payment queue notification at around 2:40pm and actual payment at around 4:50pm. Outstanding service and a smooth and pleasant experience throughout every stage of their extremely efficient process. Would highly recommend. A special thank you to Stacey for being so understanding and professional throughout my experience.
