Fast payment and amazing response time

Well what can I say. I thought it was another phone company that would try and reduce the price stated. How wrong was I. They gave me the full price once my watch was inspected the same day. I am sorry that others did not get what was stated but then again after inspection possibly their item was not as good as declared. I will use again in future.

I was a bit skeptical at first, especially sending off a brand new phone but I had no problems. Royal mail picked it up from my door, 48 hours later meelie received it and payment was released the same day. They offered more than the likes of cex and music magpie too

Selling my mobile phone was very easy indeed, they gave me a price, I accepted it, I posted the phone off and the same day that they received my phone they transferred the amount agreed into my bank account, no quibble, I can highly recommend and would use again.

Very quick process, 48 hours from posting to receiving the quoted amount. Would recommend if you have a phone that you no longer use.

I used Meelie Mobile for the first time last week as their website quoted me £143 for my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. At the time I was trying to sell it on eBay and was hoping to get about £150 for it so thought this would save me the hassle. Unfortunately Meelie Mobile contacted me to say the camera lens was cracked and the back was peeling off and they offered me £64 instead. I declined the offer and asked them to return the phone, which they did within 2 working days. On checking my phone carefully on return, I can't see that the back is peeling off and it looks in good condition. However, there is now a light scratch on the lens cover which wasn't there when I posted it. I know this because I took pictures of my phone when I listed it on eBay.

After having an issue with another company offering me less which cost me extra postage, Meelie gave me the full price. This is the second phone I’ve sold now and it’s been easy, thanks.

Really pleased with my experience, so quick and efficient. The quote given was also honest, I was so pleased to get what I was quoted. When i have sent to previous companies they never stick to their offer and knock money off so it's always taken as a guide now but meelie gave what they had said.
