Service and quote was exactly as offered. Meele got my phone, checked it and paid the offered valuation into my bank account today. All in less than 6 hours. Very well done.

I sent my iPhone 14 to Meelie and was quoted £300. The phone is only 4 months old and has no visible scratches to naked eye - with very light scratches if you held screen up to light. They send a counter offer of £77 and photos which I am not even sure is my phone !
Unfortunately they massively reduced the price to buy my phone, I had sent a Samsung phone in with a minor scratch on front. Then all of a, sudden there are multiply scratches on the screen. Really really poor. Wish I had not bothered wasting my time with this xompany

Offered £265 for an old iPhone that worked fully and has always had a screen protector on. Then received a counter offer of £50 as the screen is ‘damaged’ and is faulty which is not true! Waste of time. I spent extra £9 postage with Royal Mail to track my parcel the whole time, also a waste as they’re now returning my goods. Don’t bother using again.

Great service from start to finish. Good communication. Very fast at sending out a free post envlope to send your device into them. My phone arrived very quickly and they sent me my payment only a few hours later. Would deffinitely use meelie mobile again if i sell any devices
