Efficient process, excellent service
I recently sold a phone with Meelie Mobile and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Meelie provided me with the most competitive quote and so I submitted my device details and waited for my return pack. Unfortunately for me, I caught Covid in the meantime and so I was concerned I might miss my quote window. I wrote explaining my situation to Meelie and received a response a few minutes before 9am the following day – it’s clear they take pride in their customer service. Extension agreed, I chose the special delivery option and paid for next day delivery at the post office for the £750 insurance cover – I have lost devices before. According to Royal Mail, my package arrived with Meelie at 09:28am. I received an email from Meelie confirming receipt of my device at 09:58am, followed by confirmation of inspection at around 11:40am. They requested ID and so I used the provided secure portal to upload a bank statement. I received final confirmation shortly after 2pm, a payment queue notification at around 2:40pm and actual payment at around 4:50pm. Outstanding service and a smooth and pleasant experience throughout every stage of their extremely efficient process. Would highly recommend.
